Ingredients
Feta cheese – 300g
Strawberry – 300g
Salad mix – 150g
Mint leaves for decoration
Wash and towel dry the strawberry. Slice the berries and cheese. In a big bowl mix all the ingredients. For a posher look order the berry and cheese slices in layers. Decorate with mint leaves.

This salad does not need the dressing, even yogurt. Strawberry has enough Vitamin C for your cardiovascular system to work in order and your immune system to stay strong. It also helps your liver and kidneys to perform well. 100g of strawberry contains 30% of daily Zink input. Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients
Water – 700ml
Sugar – 300g
Strawberry – 200g
Grapefruit – 300g
Orange fresh juice – 300ml
Cubed ice
Mint leaves for decoration
Get some orange juice.
Heat 300ml of water and dissolve sugar in it. Cool the solution.
Wash the grapefruit and strawberry. Slice the citrus and then cut into 4 pieces.
Put the citrus in water and smash it gently. Then add strawberry and orange juice and the rest of the water.
We recommend serving it cooled it but the optimum temperature is above +10C.

Ingredients
Top milk 30% - 400ml
Milk – 100ml
Sugar – 100g
Vanilla essence – 1 teaspoon
Gelatin – 10g
Strawberry – 200g
1. Add 5 spoons of hot water to gelatin and leave for 10min.
2. Mix milk and top milk and gently heat it but avoid boiling. Turn the heat off, add sugar and vanilla and stir.
3. Add gelatin and stir properly.
4. Heat it again and stir nicely. Pour into the cups and put them in the fridge for 2-3h.
Use the blender to smooth strawberry and sugar and decorate the panna cotta. Bon Appetit!
